Technical Details

CMIS is a .Net application available as both a hosted and self-installed application. The web application front-end enables information to be accessed from any device running a modern web browser.

CMIS supports multiple security models to manage access to information, including Active Directory and Sharepoint integration. It is underpinned by an XML web services architecture, enabling it to be easily integrated with external applications, systems and data sources.

As well as the web application, a native iOS mobile application, developed by Astech’s in-house team, enables efficient, on-the-go access to local authority information on iPhones and iPads.
